Intro About These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 188ph ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). They apply to all use of the 188ph website, mobile application, and all associated services, including sports betting, live casino, eBingo, slots, fish games, and account management features.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. Continued use of 188ph after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. You may only hold one account on 188ph. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or a different name — is a violation of these Terms and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances withheld pending investigation.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid Philippine mobile number. An OTP will be sent to that number to verify your registration. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

02 Identity Verification (KYC)

Before deposits and withdrawals are enabled on your account, you must complete identity verification (KYC). This requires you to submit documentation that confirms your identity and age. Accepted documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as a passport, driver's licence, Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), PhilSys ID, or similar valid identification.

188ph may request additional documentation at any time — including proof of address and source of funds — to comply with its internal compliance requirements. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restrictions or termination.

KYC information you submit is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Documents are used only for identity verification and are not shared with third parties except where required for compliance purposes.

03 Account Security and Responsibility

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your 188ph account credentials — your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your mobile number. 188ph will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone.

• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members.
• Do not allow another person to use your 188ph account.
• Use a strong, unique password that you do not use for other platforms.
• Notify 188ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

188ph cannot be held responsible for losses resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure. Actions taken by a third party using your account credentials — before you report the compromise to us — are your responsibility.

The platform uses SSL/TLS encryption across all connections and OTP verification for sensitive account actions. These are platform-level protections; they do not replace your responsibility to protect your own credentials.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 188ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The platform accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, Philippine online banking, and bank transfer. Cryptocurrency and credit cards are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods.

Deposits are credited to your account balance in PHP once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. 188ph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system downtime.

Withdrawals require your account to have completed KYC verification. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. 188ph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

• You may only withdraw to a payment account that belongs to you personally — not to a third party.
• Withdrawals are processed in PHP only.
• Processing times vary depending on the payment method and may be subject to your payment provider's own timelines.
• 188ph reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending investigation if there is any suspicion of fraudulent activity.

05 Game Use and Platform Access

188ph provides access to a range of online games including slots, live casino tables, sports betting, eBingo, and fish games. All games are made available on an "as is" basis. While we work to ensure consistent availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any specific game or feature at all times.

The platform may undergo scheduled or unscheduled maintenance that temporarily affects access. We will endeavour to notify players in advance of scheduled downtime where possible.

• Games must be played for entertainment purposes only. Using the platform as a primary source of income is not something 188ph supports or endorses.

06 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account.
• Using automated tools, bots, macros, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or tamper with any part of the platform or its games.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Abusing bonuses or promotions in a manner inconsistent with genuine player use.

188ph reserves the right to determine what constitutes a violation of these Terms at its sole discretion. Decisions regarding account suspension, termination, and balance forfeiture are final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 10.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the 188ph platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of 188ph or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or modify any of this content without our express written permission.

Game content available on the platform is provided under licence from third-party game providers. Your use of the platform does not grant you any rights in relation to that content beyond the right to play the games as an authorised player under these Terms.

10 Disputes and Complaints

If you have a concern or complaint about your account, a transaction, a game outcome, or any other aspect of the 188ph platform, please contact our support team through your account dashboard as a first step. Provide as much detail as possible — including dates, times, game names, and transaction references — so we can investigate efficiently.

Your continued use of the platform after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account and withdraw your available balance.

13 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 188ph platform that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in the Philippines.
